FROH! Wenden thematically deals with the 20th anniversary of the Fall of the Wall. However, as far as content goes, the issue transcends the political events that happened in November of 1989: ‘Wenden’ means ‘turning’, …

… and we can imagine all sorts of other ‘turnarounds’. FROH! Wenden tells us the stories of people whose lives were turned forever, and introduces us to places of wonder that saw history being rewritten.

Mission Statement: FROH! is a magazine taking up special events in the course of every year and exploring the questions and topics they imply – always creative, always curious.
