Mission Statement: Ehrenfeld is talked of lately. It is labeld as the new „Design-district“, the new „Creativity-Belt“, a „Place to be“, a place that is supposed to be cool and hip. This new stylization of the borough has awoken scepticism, but also curiosity of twelve colleagues from the Vogelsanger Str. 193. Namely we got to know Ehrenfeld in a different way: Ehrenfelder began to search: In search of people and stories, that show all the different facets of Ehrenfeld. A huge bunch of exchanged words, asked questions and taken photographs later we feel vindicated: “One” Ehrenfeld does not exist; many different Ehrenfelds can be found. The district doesn`t need a stamp and it also doesn`t stand a stamp. To live and work in Ehrenfeld applies some effort. Ehrenfelder collects all the good reasons to live here nevertheless.
